We primarily work with high-functioning children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, or ADHD. Many of our clients appear to be managing well externally but are feeling overwhelmed or stuck internally.
We offer both. Many of our clients prefer the convenience and discretion of telehealth, while others feel most comfortable with in-person sessions. We’ll work with you to determine what fits your lifestyle and preferences.
